Why Are We Running?

Hello! Welcome to our campaign website! We are Sergio and Leah, and we're running for Homecoming King and Queen.

We're hoping to make this year's Homecoming something everyone can enjoy, remember, and actually be excited about.

We may not be the most popular people at Sterling, but we're ready to step up, have some fun, and make ourselves KNOWN.

OUR STORY

How It All Started

If you don't know already, Leah and I have been together for about two years.

We originally met because we had the same Algebra 2 class together.

I thought she was the funniest person ever, and apparently me laughing at her jokes caught her attention!

Then, I forgot my phone charger in the classroom and gave Leah a reason to hunt me down looking for me.

And somehow, that eventually led us here.

OUR PLANS

How We're Campaigning

We're not just putting our names on a poster and calling it a day. We're actually putting effort into this campaign.

Social Media: We'll be posting on our joint Instagram account, @leahandsergiohoco.
Posters & Flyers: We'll create our own posters, flyers, and advertisements to put around school.
Videos: We'll make fun campaign videos and other content for students to enjoy.
Snacks: Verified supporters may receive snacks (because campaigning is better with food...)

Sooo... what?

You might ask yourself, "so what?" "Why does it matter?" "Why should I CARE?"

My answer to that is that no one in a fine art (especially as a leader, like us LOL) has ever gotten this far. We plan on being one of the first leaders in our extracurriculars to be King and Queen for RSS.

All videos, advertisements, flyers, and posters will be 100% made by US.

No generative AI will ever be used to create our campaign graphics.

We want everything you see from our campaign to actually come from us.
